1. Normal driving state of the car:

2. Power take-off is connected, and the lifting oil pump is working:
When we want to lift the truck bed, we should first combine the power take-off with the lifting oil pump. At this time, the power take-off control valve is energized, the valve core moves to the left, the power take-off control air circuit is connected, and the power take-off is connected to the lifting oil pump shaft. Let the engine power pass through the gearbox to the power take-off and the lifting oil pump, let the oil pump rotate at high speed, and generate high-pressure oil. Since the lifting valve is in the middle position at this time, these high-pressure oils return to the oil tank through the oil channel inside the lifting valve and are filtered by the return oil filter;
3. Lifting state:
When lifting the truck bed, we need to turn the air control valve to the left to the lifting position, connect the system air pressure and the air control valve lifting channel, and the system air The pressure flows through the air control valve through the limit valve and enters the lifting valve from the lifting interface, acts on the cylinder piston, pushes the piston to the left, and drives the valve core to move to the left, connects the oil pump interface with the lifting cylinder interface, and the high-pressure oil enters the cylinder and lifts the cylinder; if the lifting pressure is too large, the bypass overflow valve will open to prevent the pressure from continuing to rise and causing damage to the gear pump and pipeline;
4. Descending state:
When the bucket needs to be lowered, we need to turn the air control valve to the right to the descending position, connect the system air pressure and the air control valve descending channel, and the system air pressure enters the lifting valve from the descending interface through the air control valve, acts on the piston, pushes the piston to the right, and drives the valve core to move to the right, connects the lifting cylinder interface with the return oil interface, and the high-pressure oil in the cylinder flows back to the tank and is filtered by the return oil filter;
5. Stop state:
Whether it is lifting or descending, we can stop the movement of the cylinder at any time. As long as we turn the air control valve to the middle stop position, the compressed air acting on the piston in the lifting valve will be discharged from the exhaust port of the air control valve, and then the valve core returns to the middle position under the action of the spring force, cutting off the connection between the cylinder interface and other interfaces, and the high-pressure oil in the cylinder stops flowing in or out, and the cylinder piston is in a stationary state, which is the so-called middle stop state;
6. Limit state:
When the lifting cylinder rises to the set lifting height, it will touch the limit valve, causing the valve core of the limit valve to move to the left, cutting off the air path between the system air pressure and the lifting valve, and causing the compressed air acting on the piston to be discharged from the exhaust port of the limit valve, so that the valve core will return to the middle position under the action of the spring force, cutting off the connection between the lifting cylinder interface and the oil pump interface, and the cylinder stops rising.
